Commitment To Your Goals
If you think your committed to your goals then think again. We could all learn a lesson or two from ultra marathoner Dean Karanazes. Men's Fitness magazine called him one of the fittest men on the planet and it's easy to see why. Among his accomplishments he has run 350 continues miles giving up three days of sleep. He's run 135 miles across Death Valley in the middle of summer in 120 degree heat. In 2006 he ran 50 marathons in 50 consecutive days finishing with the famed NYC marathon which he completed in 3hrs flat! If you think that's impressive he also ran 3,000 miles from California to New York City in 2011 averaging 40-50 miles per day. Along the way he spoke to students at schools about the importance of exercise and eating healthy. This guy is just plain awesome!
